As the date of arrival inches closer, you will receive an e-mail usually 4th week of September prompting you to pay the final deposit. Once paid, we will send you the next steps on the estimated arrival of your Kamado to your doorstep.
It is currently being manufactured and is scheduled to arrive in Brisbane in late September.
However, you can inspect our 22" Kamado and Rotisserie in our Northgate showroom in Brisbane anytime so you can touch, feel, lift the lid and see the premium craftmanship of our products.

Delivery Details: The FYR Kamado is shipped in a secure pallet/skid weighing approximately 135kg. The rotisserie is another extra 6kg.
But don’t worry - the unit is made up of seperate components (main body, side tables, racks, inner charcoal bowl etc) and assembly is straightforward and can be completed by one person. The only part that needs a hand is lifting the main body onto the stand, so we recommend grabbing a friend or two to help with that step.
Definitely! 50% of our customers are actually new BBQ users and have been enjoying their Kamados. The FYR Kamado is designed to be approachable even for beginners. Thanks to its ceramic insulation and airflow control system, temperatures stay stable and easier to manage compared to a traditional charcoal BBQ.
