Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when preordering with us. Because our products are produced in limited batches and require careful planning, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.
If you place a preorder with a 50% down-payment, your payment is fully refundable at any time prior to delivery, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers such as credit card companies, PayPal, or Buy Now Pay Later services. Customers will receive a payment reminder for the remaining balance before their scheduled delivery date.
For preorders paid in full, you may cancel at any time prior to delivery for a full refund, less any applicable non-refundable processing fees. Once a shipping notice has been issued or your order has been delivered, refunds are no longer available.
Customised, clearance, and limited-edition products are not refundable once the order has been placed. In the rare event we encounter supply or manufacturing issues, we will notify you immediately and provide options. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund (minus processing fees), request store credit for the full value, or secure priority placement in the next available batch.
