If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@fyrepublic.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model, please contact us to discuss options.
