1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by FYR Republic Pty Ltd (ABN 25 688 324 530) of 16a/853 Nudgee Road, Northgate, QLD 4014 (“Promoter”)
.2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Only one base entry per person is permitted.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on Monday the 2nd of March and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry process via Messenger or via our website and provide a valid email address. Bonus entries may be awarded for completing additional optional steps as outlined in the giveaway flow. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:One (1) 22” Fully-Loaded FYR KamadoTotal prize value: AUD $1,799.00. The Fully-Loaded configuration includes:
- Heat deflector plates
- Pizza stone
- Wok ring
- Rain cover
- FYR hat
- FYR apron
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Delivery
Delivery is included within a 150km radius of Brisbane, QLD. If the winner resides outside this area:
- The winner may arrange collection from Brisbane; or
- Additional freight charges will apply at the winner’s expense.
The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.
7. Draw Details
The winner will be drawn at random on Friday, March 27 at 4:00pm AEST.The draw will take place live via Facebook Live.The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message within 24 hours of the draw.
8. Refund Option (If Winner Has Purchased Prior to Draw)
If the winner has purchased a FYR Kamado prior to the draw date, they may elect to receive either:
- A full refund of the purchase price; or
- A second 22” Fully-Loaded FYR Kamado.
The winner must notify the Promoter of their selection within 7 days of notification.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Privacy
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and for future marketing communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
