We're so confident you'll love your FYR Kamado that we take all the risk. When it arrives, unbox it, assemble it, and inspect it properly. If you don't think it's as impressive, premium, or well-built as you expected, simply let us know within 14 days and we'll happily refund your purchase price in full.
Kamado hasn't been used for cooking or damaged from assembly
Returned in as-new condition with all accessories.
You'll simply need to cover the return freight, or you're welcome to drop it back to us in Brisbane.
We'll refund 100% of the purchase price once the Kamado has been received and inspected.
